I had the greatest car buying experience in Saturday. I had to unexpectedly get a new car and was dreading it. However, the minute I walked in there was Jamir smiling and welcoming us. He wasn't a typical salesman, which is a good thing! I've walked out of high pressure dealerships in the past. He was just so chill and let us guide the buying experience. The funny thing is most salesman think talking a bunch and trying so hard gets the deal but for me, less is more. He answered all of our questions and he was very knowledgeable. His relaxed demeanor allowed me to think about this huge decision without feeling pressured, which is what sold me. He made us feel like family. Toyotas sell themselves so there is no need to pressure customers, Jamir gets that. If you're going to Toyota you probably already know what you want. If you want the relaxed experience with someone authentic, ask for Jamir. I have been shopping with Team Toyota for years. I venture to other places and somehow always end up back there in the end. Working with Jamir was my best experience thus far. Also, shout out to Rebecca in finance who was also super friendly and made that process seamless. You can't go wrong with TEAM!!
