I walked into Toyota on a Monday night around 6:30pm and told Joshua “I hate my car”. After months of intermittent transmission concerns, I decided it was time to look into parting ways. Initially, I did not think I would be looking to leave with a new-to-me vehicle, but Josh entertained my offers to the point where I felt like I had a good deal in my hands. He listened to all of my concerns and woes about my old car and ultimately I left with a certified 2023 Toyota Corolla Cross. When I got home, I realized I had a problem with the rear passenger window and immediately texted Josh, and he said that he would get me taken care of no problem along with my details. He also put me in a loaner so I didn’t have to worry about missing out on my Saturday morning errands. I went to Toyota for the reliability, and left with peace of mind and somebody who I knew would take care of me.
