Overall, it was a good experience because I got my car! There were some technical issues during the process, but the manager, Howard Rainer, was very helpful in resolving them. Alex and Alisha also did their best to assist, and I truly appreciate their efforts. I did have to spend a few extra hours to complete everything, but since my case was a bit special—having won the car through my college—I was expecting some complications.

Called the service line after my check engine light came on as I drove to work. Brian said I could come right away for diagnostics, and everyone was very nice at the dealership. They got through their testing, wrapped up the quick fix I needed, and my car was ready 90 minutes after I had dropped it off! EDIT: down to four stars. Had a bad experience where I was given incorrect information by the dealership with poor follow-up after my vehicle was towed to them after an accident.

I met with Alisha and she was able find the exact car I want and was able help me get through the whole process during one evening and can’t thank her enough and Alex helped me with the finishing touch the next day. I have going to Team Toyota of Princeton for over 10 years and their employees he a been courteous and helpful knowledgeable and efficient and I’ve been very satisfied and will continue to return.

My wife and I went to like at a used Toyota Corolla. Right from the beginning the process and experience was a positive. We met with a great salesman Stephen who really had our best interest at hear. He was easy to deal with. He was very attentive to us throughout the entire process. The gentleman in finance was a nice person to deal with. This process was not stressful at all. We let Stephen know exactly what we wanted and where we needed to be , and he made it happen the first time , with no back and forth.
