I walked into Toyota on a Monday night around 6:30pm and told Joshua “I hate my car”. After months of intermittent transmission concerns, I decided it was time to look into parting ways. Initially, I did not think I would be looking to leave with a new-to-me vehicle, but Josh entertained my offers to the point where I felt like I had a good deal in my hands. He listened to all of my concerns and woes about my old car and ultimately I left with a certified 2023 Toyota Corolla Cross.
