Completed a purchase first online, then finished with Rob M. at the dealership. Very easy, low pressure transaction. Everything went smoothly and I was able to customize my order for the build. I was given regular updates on the status of the vehicle and was treated to a full tour and breakdown when the vehicle arrived. This dealership does not mark up prices, so there was no negotiation needed. If you are looking to haggle, your experience may vary. The finance representative was clear, fair, and did not apply heavy pressure on extended warranties and other services. Signatures were provided digitally so you're not going home with a stack of papers. Only hiccup was being told some parts that I ordered could be delivered, but after confirming the items arrival at the parts department, I was told that I need to pick them up. Would absolutely buy from them again should I find a vehicle that I am interested in. Great work, Team Toyota of Princeton!
