I had a great experience at Team Toyota in Princeton last Friday and Saturday because of one specific sales professional and was Brad Schick. I knew when I brought in my 2012 Toyota Corolla for service that it was bad news and I finally had to find a new car.
My husband needed something higher and safer to drive and we needed a car that was economical too. When my daughter and I walked into the showroom, the first person to greet us was Brad. He listened very carefully as I told him my needs and then he recommended a smaller SUV, a Corolla Cross. He got one ready for me to test drive. It was the perfect car and it was easy to drive and all its upgrades were just what I was looking for—simple design, roomy interior , and great handling. Despite the fact that Brad was leaving work within the hour, he told me that he would call me after he spoke to dealership at the close of the day to let me know if the car was still on the lot. Brad was true to his word and called me at 5:30 pm sharp. What a great person to do such a kindness!
I returned to the dealership with my husband and our daughter first thing in the morning to check out the vehicle I had chosen. Brad was there to greet us. He only needed my husband’s approval to start the process. Brad worked very hard to offer us a price that we considered fair. He took so many factors into consideration and made what could have been an exhausting process easy to understand and fairly quick to accomplish from signatures, plates, to keys. Before we left the dealership, Brad reviewed ever aspect of the computer screen, back up camera, side-view mirrors, key fob, floor liners, phone connections, etc. He even programmed our radio and Sirius channels. He would not let us leave the lot until we felt comfortable. I can’t say enough about how safe and sure we felt about our car choice and our sales professional Brad who made it happen.
Thank you Team Toyota and thank you very much Brad Schick.
