I like the new car, thanks for Jojo's service!

Today we purchased our second new Toyota within 7 months time. The experience here at the Team Toyota Princeton dealership was so good in January that we had to come back again! Rob Moran was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with! He made the entire process very smooth, enjoyable, and quick. He walked my wife through all the features of the vehicle. He also did a great job of following up with us to see if we had any questions and to make sure things were going well and that we had no issues and were satisfied. It was a great experience with Rob and the Team at Princeton Toyota!!

I recently purchased a used car from the dealership. I worked with Raul Rodriguez who gave excellent support and a great buying experience. Starting from the arrival I felt like a valued customer. We talked through my questions and concerns, then we aligned on the car. We took a test drive, and everything went smoothly. Deciding to buy the car was a longer process for me 😁, and Raul was patient and supportive during the process. I went with the Toyota Financial Services to finance my purchase, which had some complications because of frozen credit. This was a mistake on my side, however, I would like to point out, that the callback from Toyota Financial Services didn't go smoothly, I feel some room for improvement there. This is not the fault of the dealership. While waiting, I added the new car to my insurance (which was also a great experience with SF), Raul helped with the details. After the application with Toyota Financial Services went through, Raul installed the temporary plate/registration. I entered Derek Battle's (loan officer) office and went through all the documents. We discussed the additional warranty options, most of which I didn't take. Derek was super helpful in understanding the options and accepted my "no" for multiple options without further ado. I took one of the packages for those components which are not covered by the warranty that comes with the car. We discussed the effect on the monthly payment. After singing I headed over to Raul, who organized the washing and cleaning of the car, refueled and put it on the charger. We went together to the car, where Raul helped with the connectivity (Toyota app, Bluetooth) and explained the operation of the car. He answered all my questions. After this we said goodbye and I was on my way. The following day I received a courtesy call from Raul about my experience with the car. The whole process from considering the car to actually have it took 5 hours with the frozen credit issue and the Toyota Financial Services fiasco - sadly I cannot leave a review for them (@Team Toyota please convey my unhappiness with them). The dealership, Raul and Derek especially were helpful and very professional. I recommend Toyota and this dealership in particular.

I couldn't ask for a friendlier, more helpful, conscientious, attentive or professional salesman than Brandon Amado. Despite a host of unanticipated issues with which we were confronted, all totally outside the realm of his or my control, he was patient and worked tirelessly throughout the day to help me get the car I wanted within the negotiated terms most suitable to me. He was knowledgeable and thorough in his explanation of vehicle models and features, satisfactorily answered all of my questions, and he extended much courtesy to me during an extended wait. He also made sure that I knew his availability to help with any future questions or address any problems. The team detail & prep work done on the new car was pristine. It has been 10 years since the last new vehicle transaction in which I was involved, but I drove away extremely pleased with this transaction & my new Toyota RAV-4!!

Few weeks ago in August of 2024, I drove in to the parking lot of Team Toyota, New Jersey. I met with Sales associates Jogelys Matos aka JoJo. I came in for pre-owned vehicle due to some circumstances. She listen to my needs, why i was looking for preowned vehicle and my budget. She showed me few models and communicate with her superior. Took my choice for test drive and in the end, I left the dealer with a preowned car and Happy. Thanks to JoJo and the finance lady that assisted me. Thank you for your service.

Ari was the best sales women! From the moment we stepped into the door, we couldn’t be happier with the service and our new car! She really worked with us and the whole team was great and worked with our budget. Ari was phenomenal the whole process and we highly recommend her! She answered our questions and was straightforward. Everyone was just as happy to see us the next day when we came back to pick up our car! Matt in finance was great too! Great personality and knew his stuff. We will be back as a return customer!

Buying experience was great. Michael and Matthew were courteous and understanding of our issues. It was a long process but it all worked out well. Also Team Toyota offered to attach the license plate to the front grill (came with no bracket) free of charge. That was after the sale when most places aren't so friendly (anymore).
