We have shopped this dealer since 1982, when we moved to the area. Our most recent purchase is a new 2026 van. Over the years the sales process has been streamlined and is less onerous. The sales force is friendly, helpful and not pushy. The attitude seems focused on showing you what is available and letting you pick. The test drive policy has varied with the time, ranging from here are the keys, take your time to I'll ride in the back seat and we can go around the block. The current policy is toward the more restrictive end of things. The showroom, service waiting area, and parts department are airy and open. Service is prompt, walk ins are allowed, and they will provide a ride home if you leave the car. We have not needed a loaner car but I understand that one can be available. Pricing is near MSRP. Service pricing is reasonable. The dealership has suggested repairs that seemed to be on the schedule but not required. This is consistent with maximizing both the dealership revenue and extending the life of the vehicle and I intend it as an observation more than as a criticism. My wife has frequently taken a Toyota for service here. At some of the other area dealerships there is a strongly condescending "don't worry your pretty little head about ..." but she has never encountered the attitude here. Altogether we recommend Princeton Team Toyota.

Highly recommend Robert Tavares. I normally absolutely dread going to a dealership to buy a vehicle. There's normally a lot of pressure to buy, very pushy sales tactics, etc. I'm happy to say this was the first time in a very long time at any dealership the experience was great. Rob was easy going, letting things proceed at our speed with no pressure. While I am happy with my purchase I'm also very happy with the experience.

This Dealership is honest, friendly, and a chill vibe. My salesman was John. This dude was very professional, chill, relax, honest, informative, he did everything in his power to make a deal happen. I purchased the GR 86 Yuzu Edition, and I received a great deal. John needs to get promoted to a sales manager. This dude is the real dude. I met one of the sales managers Aaron. Chill dude, he gave me a deal but beat my ass in the numbers. I’m still waiting for a shirt from Aaron and the GR 86 model car that was promised. But overall rating, 5 stars. They got me in and out.
