After inquiring about a Grand Highlander that was in transit, Brad immediately started communicating with us in a way that was attentive but not pushy. He met with us when the car came in and was extremely pleasant to deal with, absolutely no nonsense, no pushy sales tactics, and was very transparent from start to finish. He is very knowledgeable about the cars he sells and was able to walk us through different options as well as show us around the vehicle we purchased with precision. Brad gives you the sense that he is really working with you to get a good deal and get you into the car you want. I was shocked how quick we were in and out of the dealership. He even helped keep our kids entertained. This was by far the best experience I've had with a car dealership and the best car salesman I've ever worked with.
