3 years ago I purchased a1923 Rav 4 At another Toyota dealership I was having issues with the car and after driving 3-4 times to have it repaired I switched to Team Toyota and by then their was a recall Team fixed it and I started to use them I was having problems with Toyotas new software and at every point I had an issue Alisha had me come by and she would take the time ti listen and have me come to the dealership she would get in my car sit and explain how to get what ever I was having an issue with sit in my passenger seat and walk me thru the fix (amazing!)
