I went here looking for a rav4 xse after visiting several Toyota dealerships and this one was by far the best experience. Jamir Brown was a killer salesman. He had a lot of patience, he wasn't pushy, and he was very transparent through the whole process. He even came in on his day off when my car was delivered to make sure I got it asap. I thoroughly enjoyed working with him and the dealership overall. I would definitely visit here again for all my car needs, and I would recommend it to anyone in the area.

Just bought a RAV4 Prime there. Tracey and team were patient and went out of their way upon my request to charge a RAV4 Prime for hours before my test drive so that I could experience the car on battery. They quickly matched another trade in offer I had received so that I could get everything done in one place. I also enjoyed Derek's giant iPad which made the paperwork more efficient and actually quite fun!

Update: they called me back within the hour and got me taken care of. Thanks Trying to reach service dept since the online scheduler is not letting me put in the service I want. The AI asisstant thingie is really annoying and once I get redirected to Service, they just pick up the phone and hang up immediately. Guess I’ll take my business elsewhere.
