He answered all our questions about the car proficiently and helped get my phone & ipod connected to the car before we left. An absolutely amazing experience with Felix and Team Toyota of Princeton! Everything was pre-negotiated in advance, including my trade value — but as anyone who’s ever driven over 100 miles to buy a car knows, there’s always that risk a dealer will change the deal once you arrive knowing you are likely to cave rather than face a long drive home empty handed and time wasted. Not a concern here. Felix and the team were completely honest and transparent. When I got there, everything was exactly as promised — not a cent more than what we had agreed to. The deal they sent me was the deal sheet I saw after they inspected my car. The entire process was quick, professional, and stress-free. Howard in finance made the closing seamless with their slick tabletop tablet system — no endless paperwork or surprises. I couldn’t be happier. Stephan's knowledge of the credit check they performed, additional option packages and vehicle maintenance validated I made the best choice purchasing the vehicle from Team Toyota of Princeton. Stephen's service didn't end there. He took me out to the truck thoroughly went over all the controls. He also helped me sync my phone to the truck so all the apps on my phone were available through car play. I came here just to look for used car prices with no intention of buying one that day. But I ended up purchasing a used car there after all.
