this Limited Warranty is stolen within the term noted on this Limited Warranty
beginning on the date of this Limited Warranty and has been installed with the
theft protection system, and not recovered within thirty (30) days or is
recovered and declared a total loss by the Customer’s comprehensive insurance
carrier, We will pay the Customer the lesser of a) the guarantee noted on this
Limited Warranty; or b) the ACTUAL CASH VALUE as determined by the NADA
(Official Used Car Guide) of the Vehicle at the time of the loss. Note: If no
guarantee amount or term is checked above, then a four thousand dollar ($4,000)
guarantee, three (3) year term, and Enhanced Coverage will apply
