We have shopped this dealer since 1982, when we moved to the area. Our most recent purchase is a new 2026 van.
Over the years the sales process has been streamlined and is less onerous. The sales force is friendly, helpful and not pushy. The attitude seems focused on showing you what is available and letting you pick. The test drive policy has varied with the time, ranging from here are the keys, take your time to I'll ride in the back seat and we can go around the block. The current policy is toward the more restrictive end of things.
The showroom, service waiting area, and parts department are airy and open. Service is prompt, walk ins are allowed, and they will provide a ride home if you leave the car. We have not needed a loaner car but I understand that one can be available.
Pricing is near MSRP. Service pricing is reasonable. The dealership has suggested repairs that seemed to be on the schedule but not required. This is consistent with maximizing both the dealership revenue and extending the life of the vehicle and I intend it as an observation more than as a criticism.
My wife has frequently taken a Toyota for service here. At some of the other area dealerships there is a strongly condescending "don't worry your pretty little head about ..." but she has never encountered the attitude here.
Altogether we recommend Princeton Team Toyota.
