Toyota of Princeton, specifically Rob Moran, turned out to be a God send. After stopping at another Toyota dealer in Flemmington, NJ; and supposedly already having a deal worked out, that dealer then proceeded to lowball me on my trade (by 12.5 k) and then use fear tactics to get me to buy. Sort of a “since your drove 2.5 hours, you should buy from us”despite going back on our deal.
I found Toyota of Princeton when I left that dealer (same day), spoke to Rob over phone, decided to drive another 30 minutes and it was the best decision I ever made regarding buying a vehicle.
As soon as I got there, Rob treated me like a “human being”. No pressure, no pitch; just straight forward, honest conversation. We worked together on the trade in price and the price of the new Tacoma; 2 hrs later, I was driving home with my new Tacoma.
Everyone at Toyota of Prinction treated me with the utmost professionalism and I left feeling heard, happy and highly satisfied.
If there are any future purchases I may need, I will gladly drive back to Toyota of Princeton to work with Rob again. Highly satisfied, greatful and happy with my new Tacoma.
