The Service manager is always extremely helpful and understanding when I come to him about every little thing. All the staff are welcoming. I know my car is well taken care if anytime I bring it in.

I have been a customer for many years for all of my Toyota vehicles. The dealership is very professional. I have never had to bring my cars back after any maintenance. The waiting room is comfortable and the whole dealership is bright, clean and welcoming. I also like the points system. I recently purchased a new car and my salesman Raul Rodriguez made the process very easy and accommodating. It was a pleasure to work with him. He took the time to explain everything, and followed up on our conversations. I was even able to use my cash points toward my new vehicle. One of the reasons I wanted to buy another Toyota was because of the great experience I have had at this dealership and with the service team as well, and because the vehicles are just great. Thank you Raul for selling me a beautiful car at a great price.

I purchased a Highlander from Princeton Toyota a few weeks ago. Felix was my salesman, he was extremely patient and super easy to work with! Highly recommend him! The finance portion was a breeze as well, Howard and Steve were knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. No one was pushy and the staff was kind. This car is exactly what I needed and am very satisfied. She Handles extremely well in the rain. 22 years ago I bought a RAV4 from this dealership. I received excellent service then so it was no problem for me to come back to team Toyota of PRINCETON. The staff there is very friendly and our salesman was exemplary! He is extremely knowledgeable about his products and he showed us every little trick that I didn’t know. The 2025 RAV4 is such a nice vehicle it has a lot of great features.
