I just had the best car-buying experience ever, and now I have the Toyota vehicle I had hoped to find for a long time. Luckily, I connected with Brandon Amado, of "Team Toyota of Princeton," and he amazed me with his skills of listening, remembering, staying in touch and reaching out with possibilities. Throughout the process, Brandon paid attention and made suggestions, but never pushed! He was personable, pleasant and informed. What a shame that I don't need two cars -- working through the buying process as Brandon handled it was a pleasure, with a great result!
Months after buying the car I had long wanted (see above), I returned to Team Toyota for help getting a voice along with my GPS phone-car combo. Service advisor Chris Longstreet advised me to deal with the car salesperson for my Qs, rather than possibly have to pay for someone in service to help me. And the suggestion worked! Brandon Amado then joined us and sat in my car with me to explain a number of Prius features I needed to
know about -- starting with how to get a voice with my GPS directions (which I'd been unable to do since my purchase). Once again, Brandon was deliberate and patient . . . and right on!
