Florida Student Wins Scion xD

Katie Janiga, a recent graduate of Freedom High School in Tampa Bay, is the winner of a very special Scion xD.

About 160 high school graduates qualified for the drawing because they received perfect attendance during the second semester of the school year, according to Mark Ackett, supervisor of attendance for Hillsborough County's School District.

A slip was pulled out of a jar, and the name on it was called out. That student would pull a key out of a fish bowl and try to unlock the xD.

Scion FR-S Might Replace tC

Is Scion already lining up a replacement for the Scion tC coupe? The Scion FR-S will have an official debut at the New York Auto Show, but two leaked photos hit the web a few hours early.

They feature Scion's FR-S concept, which was also teased in a video last week.

Toyota Tries Out Scion tC

The 2011 Scion tC, by parent company Toyota, is a success story that follows in a line of other great tC coupes. One will find the familiar small, blacked-out grille up front and headlamps similar to the previous tC.

The 2011 tC looks bigger than last year's model, but Scion says the 2011 car is only about 90 pounds heavier and 1.6 inches wider. Scion's tC is still comes with a "low-key…
